Dear all,

Exceptionally, this first post will in English because I want to make sure that we're all on the same page. Please read this post carefully:

1. I will use this area of the Blog to communicate with you about class related topics: deadline reminders, tips, fun Youtube clips, etc.

2. On the right hand side of the blog, there are four main sections:
- A link to the course syllabus (under course documents).
- Links to the various activity sheets organized by unit and LABELED BY DUE DATE! The only one available for now is the one for Monday, August 4th.
- A link to some useful websites.
- A link to my profile.

3. The activity sheets are the core of this online course. Click on the first one to take a look: For Monday, you will have to 1)introduce yourself in the discussion forum, 2) learn some vocabulary and do some practice exercises, 3) read a text and answer some questions. I have also included a link to a test on your learning style. This is for your information only.

Please, take a look at the blog and feel free to get started on the exercises. Remember that you can e-mail me or call me to ask any question you might have. Do not hesitate to do so!
